COVID-19 vaccine update: Eligibility for additional frontline essential workers in Group 3

The following message is shared on behalf of Wake Forest University Human Resources; it was emailed to faculty and staff on March 2, 2021. Earlier today, it was announced that additional frontline essential workers in Group 3 – including faculty and staff in higher education who are working on-site – would be eligible for vaccinations beginning Wednesday, March 3. We encourage eligible colleagues to make an appointment with one of the following vaccine providers:


COVID-19 vaccine update: NC moves to Group 3

This message is shared on behalf of Wake Forest University Human Resources; it was emailed to faculty and staff on Feb. 11, 2021.

On Feb. 10, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) announced that Group 3 would soon be eligible for COVID-19 vaccines.

Wake Forest University Human Resources shared updates in a Feb. 3 email to faculty and staff regarding the University’s 14th President Dr. Susan R. Wente, the COVID-19 vaccine employee survey, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) relief, live transcriptions in Zoom, Black History Month, the “Guns, Democracy, and the Insurrectionist Idea” speaking event, and student workload insight from Betsy Barre and the Center for the Advancement of Teaching.
