Active full- and part-time faculty and staff should complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Planning – Employee Survey by Friday, Feb. 12. Continue to closely monitor email and respond quickly to any notifications of vaccination opportunities or take advantage of any other opportunity to get vaccinated.

Telehealth options via MDLive

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) updates

In December, Congress passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, which provides relief for employer sponsored Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pastoral care and support

The Office of the Chaplain and the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (WFBMC) First-Responder Chaplains are available to provide trauma-sensitive debriefing and spiritual care to individuals and communities who have been impacted by any emergency, crisis, trauma or stressor. Both university and first-responder chaplains are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost.

Private telehealth nutrition sessions are available throughout February at no cost for WFU faculty, staff and family members who are enrolled in the University’s BCBS medical plan.
