The annual North Carolina Cognition Conference will be held at Wake Forest on Feb. 13 in Benson University Center. The keynote speaker will be Gordon Logan, Centennial Professor of Psychology at Vanderbilt University.

The annual meeting of the North Carolina Sociological Association (NCSA) will be hosted by the University’s Sociology Department on Feb. 12 at Wake Forest Biotech Place in Innovation Quarter. NCSA President-Elect Steve Gunkel, associate teaching professor of sociology at Wake Forest, has organized the statewide conference on behalf of the NCSA with this year’s theme “Doing Justice: Community, Social, or Criminal?”

The Secrest Artist Series at Wake Forest will host musicians David Finckel, Philip Setzer and Wu Han in a performance of the complete Beethoven Trios in a two-night special event on February 17 and 18 in Brendle Recital Hall.
