Staff Appreciation Picnic to be held June 7; shuttles available at many locations

The Staff Advisory Council and the Office of Wellbeing are planning another fun-filled Staff Appreciation Picnic to be held June 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Reynolda Hall “cafeteria” (Fresh Food Company/The Pit). All staff are encouraged to come and enjoy a delicious lunch, play games (like Bingo and Cornhole!), check out the photo booths and enjoy time with campus colleagues.


University departments invited to participate in Family Weekend 2018

Family Weekend is an annual tradition, providing over 1,000 Wake Forest University families an opportunity to visit students, meet faculty, staff and other families, and connect with our campus in a deeper way. Some parents attend year after year, however, the majority will be relatively new to campus, happy to return to Winston Salem to see how their First Year student is adjusting to university life.

Wake Forest University’s 2018 commencement ceremony will take place Monday, May 21, as originally scheduled on Hearn Plaza. No changes are expected in the day’s schedule and activities.
