Congratulations to Jack Rejeski, professor of health and exercise science, whose proposal entitled “Mobile Intervention to reduce pain and improve health (MORPH) in obese older adults” has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and by (subaward/subcontract from) Wake Forest University Health Sciences.

In an effort to conserve energy over the winter holiday period, the Facilities & Campus Services Department will be implementing the annual temperature setback program for our academic and administrative buildings starting the night of Friday, December 21, and ending the morning of Tuesday, January 2.

Work is underway this morning to repair a water main break near Zick’s in the Hearn Plaza area. At present, there is no water service to Poteat and Huffman residence halls and Wait Chapel. The repair is expected to be completed by noon today and water service restored at that time to all affected buildings.
Part of Parking Lot P, on the east side of Wait Chapel, is closed due to repairs crews working in that area.
