Congratulations to Sarah Raynor, professor of mathematics and statistics, whose proposal entitled “IAS Women and Mathematics Program Proposal for Susan Rogowski” has been funded by the Institute for Advanced Study, School of Mathematics, Princeton, New Jersey.


WFU Creative Director Hayes Henderson recognized as an AIGA Fellow

The American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) recently recognized University Creative Director Hayes Henderson as an AIGA Fellow. The award is in recognition of significant personal and professional contributions to raising the standards of excellence in the design community. Hayes is only the fourth North Carolinian and one of fewer than 300 nationally to receive the award.


Project Pumpkin open to children of faculty and staff

The children of Wake Forest faculty and staff may participate Oct. 24 in the 30th annual Project Pumpkin festival at the University. Faculty and staff may bring their children at 3 p.m. to a table outside Wait Chapel on Hearn Plaza where waivers will be available for faculty and staff to sign, enabling the children to participate.

Wake Forest receives STARS Gold rating for sustainability achievements
