Registration now open for fall 2021 HELPS TLC program
The HELPS TLC program is a three-month medically directed, professionally supervised “Therapeutic Lifestyle Change” program available to all full-time, permanent Wake Forest University employees free of cost. TLC is designed to help participants develop a healthy and active lifestyle utilizing exercise and education programs; the program is now accepting applications for the Sept. 13, 2021 group.
