Group Long Term Care Insurance enrollment extended

Last month, HR announced new Group Long Term Care Insurance, underwritten by Genworth Life Insurance Company.  The enrollment period to apply for this benefit has been extended to Oct. 19. Full- and part-time benefit-eligible faculty and staff may elect this coverage at competitive group rates. Visit the Group Long Term Care Insurance page on the HR website for more information. This page contains information on accessing the Genworth website to apply for the benefit.

The program will be effective Dec. 1. It will cover expenses for long term care services received at home, in the community, or in a nursing facility.
