Latest update on Hurricane Irma

Wake Forest is continuing preparations for potential effects from Hurricane Irma. At this time, officials are cautiously optimistic about a relatively low impact to the Winston-Salem area.


Traffic, parking information about student move-in starting Aug. 23

This message was emailed to faculty and staff Aug. 16 on behalf of Residence Life and Housing:

Wake Forest will welcome a new freshman class on Wednesday, August 23, when new student move-in begins at 8:00 a.m. For faculty and staff scheduled to be on campus that busy morning, the University has recommendations for where to enter campus and park.


Tree falls onto residence hall, no one injured

This announcement was emailed to students, faculty and staff on April 24 by Communications and External Relations:

Due to significant rainfall, a pine tree fell today onto the roof of Student Apartments Building B on Allen Easley Street. No one was injured in the incident.
