WFU stands with those impacted by humanitarian crises

Wake Forest grieves for all those impacted by the evolving humanitarian crises in Haiti and Afghanistan. The devastation and immeasurable loss wrought by both the August 14 earthquake and Tropical Storm Grace in Haiti and the violence and suffering in Afghanistan are difficult to comprehend. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to our neighbors across the globe who are suffering from significant humanitarian crises right now,” said Wake Forest President Susan R. Wente.


Update to On-Campus Mask Policy and Fall Semester

As the first day of classes for the majority of campus nears, we write to share both our enthusiasm for the start of this semester and a few important updates to our COVID-19 response. We will be fully in-person and operating all aspects of the University with the trademark dedication to our mission. The adjustments we will share below reflect our commitment to that end and to ensuring a successful start to the year.


Ashleigh Brock named Chief of Staff

Ashleigh M. Brock has been named chief of staff in the Office of the President. Brock comes to Wake Forest from the University of Richmond, where she has served as assistant to the president and directed the operations of the Office of the President for the past four years.
