Wake Forest trustee Al Hunt to participate in ‘Election’ forums

Journalist Al Hunt, a Wake Forest trustee and alumnus, will participate in “Election 2016: Debating the Issues,” a three-day series of forums at Wake Forest featuring national and regional experts offering different perspectives on key election issues. Free and open to the public, the sessions will be held Oct. 25, 26 and 27 in Pugh Auditorium in Benson University Center.


WISE 2017: Registration now open

Nine years ago a small cohort of Wake Forest faculty participated in a small workshop designed for developing intercultural skills and awareness. The Workshop on Intercultural Skills Enhancement, now known as the WISE Conference, has grown into a comprehensive forum hosting more than 270 domestic and international participants.


Crime Alert: Student and companion report abduction, robbery

The Wake Forest University Police Department and the Winston-Salem Police Department are investigating the brief abduction and the robbery of a male Wake Forest law student and a female friend that occurred at 8:20 p.m. tonight, Oct. 22, at a Polo Road residence owned by the University.
