Wake Forest community invited to WISE Conference 2018

The Center for Global Programs and Studies encourages members of the Wake Forest community to attend the 2018 Workshop on Intercultural Skills Enhancement, or WISE Conference, celebrating its 10th anniversary, Feb. 8-9. Wake Forest faculty, staff and students may attend at no cost, although registration is required.

Allison McWilliams: Building networks of impact

Allison McWillliams is assistant vice president, mentoring and alumni personal & career development. She writes occasional articles for Inside WFU. This is the first for the spring semester.  In each, she shares observations and suggestions with faculty and staff from her professional experiences with students.


Michael Eric Dyson to speak at Wake Forest for MLK Day

Each year, Wake Forest University and Winston-Salem State University collaborate to host a major celebration to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The theme of this year’s program, “On Common Ground: Where Do We Go From Here?,” highlights the call for the next generation of leaders to help mend historical divides and end systemic injustice.
