Meteorologists are reminding this area that winter is not quite done, yet. Potential snowfalls are being mentioned in recent forecasts. At Wake Forest, there are plenty of ways to learn about a University closing or delay prompted by snow or ice.

Conference to explore frontiers in consciousness research
Leading researchers in the fields of perceptual studies and neurobiology will explore the latest scientific findings on consciousness and near-death experiences at a two-day conference March 22-23 hosted by Wake Forest University and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Fire alarm systems resume normal operation, police complete move
The University’s fire alarm systems resumed normal operation March 7 as the University Police Department completed moving its communications center into Alumni Hall, where the University Police Department moved its business offices earlier this year. The communications center, which receives emergency and other calls, was moved from Davis Residence Hall this week.

Discussion session on internationalization of WFU to be held March 16
Faculty and staff are invited to participate in a discussion focused on the internationalization of Wake Forest. The event offered through the Professional Development Center is called “The Internationalization of the Wake Forest Community: Transcending Campus Spaces by Transforming the Institution.”
