Benefits enrollment begins April 2

The Annual Benefits Enrollment process for benefits-eligible faculty and staff begins Monday, April 2, and closes April 9. This Spring Annual Benefits Enrollment process is for a six-month plan period of July 1 – December 31, to accommodate the University’s transition of benefits plan years from a fiscal year to a calendar year. Annual Benefits Enrollment for 2019 elections will take place October 22-31, 2018. Information regarding that enrollment period will be communicated in the Fall.

You will need to complete the Spring enrollment process if you are changing benefit elections, adding or removing a dependent(s), covering an eligible spouse on the medical plan, and/or planning to participate in a Flexible Spending Account.
