Winston-Salem Police SWAT to train near campus on Aug. 26

The Winston-Salem Police Department SWAT team will conduct training exercises on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 near campus. Two University properties, 2512 and 2516 Reynolda Road, will serve as the training sites. Increased polices presence associated with these locations are part of a planned training exercise, not an actual emergency.
