The following message is shared on behalf of Campus Life.

Building on our ongoing commitment to prevention, education and community care, Wake Forest University will share findings from the 2026 Campus Climate Survey on Sexual Misconduct at ConsentCon: A Community Conversation on Wednesday, Nov. 11. This event provides an opportunity for the campus community to hear the data in context, engage in meaningful conversation and help inform the University’s continued efforts to strengthen prevention, education and support.

In Spring 2026, more than 2,000 students across the Reynolda Campus participated in the survey, sharing experiences and perspectives that provide important insight into where the University has made progress, where challenges remain and where continued attention is needed.

The 2026 survey builds on Wake Forest’s ongoing commitment to fostering a safer, more caring campus community. Just as feedback from our 2022 survey shaped how the University supports and engages our community, the latest insights – collected in partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago and the student-led Executive Advisory Council through Student Government – will directly guide our next steps forward.

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to participate in ConsentCon, engage with the results and contribute their perspectives on how we continue building a campus community where every student matters, belongs and thrives. Following ConsentCon, the survey findings will be published at ipv.wfu.edu for our community to explore more fully, along with information about the University’s continued work in response to what we have learned.
