Wake Forest Surplus will reopen on Thursday, May 22, following a temporary closure during Commencement and campus move-out activities. Surplus will offer extended hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on reopening day.

The WFU Surplus Property Program collects property from departments that no longer need it and redistributes it to departments that do. Its primary goal is to maximize the reuse of University property while minimizing the amount of material that ends up in landfills. As summer building projects and office moves continue across campus, a significant amount of new inventory has recently been added.

Faculty and staff are invited to come “shop” for items they may need in their offices or other campus spaces.
