Faculty and Staff Night will be at Allegacy Stadium, Aug. 31

Wake Forest faculty and staff are invited to attend Faculty and Staff Night at Allegacy Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 31, for the opening night football season against Elon. Join for a free pre-game tailgate and then help cheer on the Demon Deacons. This event is sponsored by Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Athletics, Human Resources, and the Office of the Provost.

Human Resources and the Office of the Provost will be sponsoring up to two free game tickets per faculty and staff member. The link to request your ticket reservation will be included in the Aug. 16 edition of the Updates from Human Resources newsletter.

A limited number of free game tickets will be available. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Human Resources will respond to all confirmed ticket reservations on Thursday, Aug. 24, with additional information for accessing your digital tickets. Those who do not receive confirmed ticket reservations will have an opportunity to purchase discounted single tickets. Faculty and staff must have a WFU email to request tickets.

Faculty and staff are also invited to attend a family-friendly tailgate hosted by Allegacy Federal Credit Union, which will kick off at 5 p.m. in the Baity Street cul-de-sac. Enjoy a fun-filled evening of games, giveaways, food and beverages (including beer and wine) before the 7 p.m. kickoff. The link to register for the tailgate will also be included in the Aug. 16 edition of the Updates from Human Resources newsletter.

Faculty and staff may use the on-campus shuttle with pickup and dropoff locations in Parking Lot P (behind Wait Chapel) and on Shorefair Drive (behind the Indoor Tennis Center). A free campus-adjacent shuttle is also available at 2400 Reynolda with pickup and dropoff locations in the Starry Lot for those who may not have on-campus parking passes. Paid stadium parking is available for $10 in the Allegacy and Pepsi parking lots at Joel Coliseum.
