Wake Forest will soon be completing two campus-improvement projects: a new central Shuttle Hub replacing Lot N and an extension of Wake Forest Road from the Reynolda Road entrance through Davis Field.

A review was conducted of several road intersections related to these projects by our University Police, Transportation and Parking Services and Facilities and Campus Services teams. As part of the construction andĀ as ongoing improvements for traffic and pedestrian safety, there will be changes at four intersections on Reynolda campus.

Please be alert for the following changes. For assistance with locations, Reynolda Campus maps can be foundĀ here.

  • At the entrance into the new Shuttle Hub (located between Poteat and Kitchin Residence Halls) the blinking red signals at the existing 4-way-stop intersection will be replaced by stop signs.
  • The extension of the Wake Forest Road from the Reynolda Road entrance through Davis Field requires a new 4-way stop where Wake Forest Rd. meets Parking Lot B (located between Efird and Davis Residence Halls).
  • The intersection at Wake Forest Road and Scales Loop Road from the Reynolda Road entrance requires a new 4-way stop.
  • The intersection where Carroll Weathers Drive meets Wake Forest Road (between Worrell Professional Center and Lot W1) will change from a 2-way stop to a 4-way stop.
