The accidental activation of a water sprinkler Thursday night inside the Wellbeing Center has prompted some changes in the facility on Friday, October 25.

The incident has caused the Student Health Service to experience significant water damage to its facilities.

The Student Health Service announced the following today:

Some services (e.g. X-ray) may be limited for the next few days as repairs are being made. Students who have scheduled appointments for non-urgent matters (e.g. routine physical exams) may be asked to reschedule their appointments. Health Service personnel will contact students if this is the case. Otherwise students should report at their scheduled time. Thank you for your patience while these repairs are taking place. Please call if you need assistance scheduling an appointment (336-758-5218).

Campus Recreation announced that the second-floor gym cardio space and climbing wall will be unavailable until further notice.

For unrelated reasons, restrooms and showers in Reynolds Gym will be unavailable from noon until 4 p.m. today.  Restroom facilities will be available on the second and fourth floors of the Sutton Center.
