Wake Forest’s Staff Advisory Council is planning a staff appreciation event that will offer free tickets to a men’s home basketball game on Feb. 16 and a special pre-game tailgate.
The SAC will offer two free tickets to the game and tailgate to staff members through a lottery to be held Jan. 7-15. Those awarded tickets will be offered an opportunity to purchase up to two more tickets at a reduced price of $10 per ticket. The tailgate event will be held at The Last Resort on Deacon Boulevard immediately before the game.
The game between the Demon Deacons and Georgia Tech is set for 2 p.m. at Joel Coliseum, and the tailgate event will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Details on the ticket lottery and the event will be announced in early January.
