Student-led vigil tonight at 7 p.m. for Pittsburgh victims

This message was sent by e-mail on behalf of the Office of the Chaplain to students, faculty and staff:

In response to the shootings at the Tree of Life Synagogue, a student-led candlelight vigil will be held on campus tonight, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. on Manchester Plaza.

The community is invited to pray and to keep vigil as we acknowledge the suffering of those affected by this tragedy. At the same time, we will not let the lives lost be only a memory, but, as President Hatch shared, instead let them become a catalyst towards building bonds of friendship, respect and community.
