The Information Technology Executive Committee has approved an extended pilot of VeriCite for the 2016-2017 academic year. VeriCite is a cloud-based service that helps to verify the originality of student work. It also can help to facilitate proper citation techniques and paraphrasing skills when used as a tool to enhance instruction through student reflection.

Wake Forest’s Learning Management System Team will be hosting a variety of Sakai related workshops to kick of the 2016-2017 academic year. This includes a general introduction to Sakai for faculty who are new to the system or would like a refresher.

Information Systems is pleased to announce the launch of a new guest WiFi service. The new service called WFUguest is comparable to what is commonly available at hotels, airports, coffee shops, colleges and universities.
