“More Barn” Concert Series season to launch on Sept. 30

The “More Barn” Concert Series will return to The Barn at Reynolda Village and kick off the 2021-22 season with The Contenders on Thursday, Sept. 30. The series, established in 2016, is proud to present five artists to the Wake Forest and Winston-Salem communities this year.

Yo-Yo Ma to join virtual Face to Face Speaker Forum event on May 4

Yo-Yo Ma, cellist, cultural ambassador and U.N. Messenger of Peace will join Wake Forest’s Face to Face Speaker Forum for a virtual preview event on Tuesday, May 4 at 7:30 p.m. He will be in conversation with President Nathan Hatch discussing why humans turn to the arts in periods of uncertainty. In addition to their talk, there will be a special performance for this event.
