Several spots are still open for Wake Forest’s “Therapeutic Lifestyle Change” (TLC) program, scheduled to begin May 6. TLC is a free, 12-week program offered to full-time, permanent Wake Forest University employees by WFU’s Healthy Exercise and Lifestyle ProgramS (HELPS).
