Wake Forest University will celebrate the teachers and staff of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools on November 22 with the “WSFCS Educator Celebration Game” during the final home football game of the 2025 season.

In partnership with Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Proof of the Pudding, and Inmar Intelligence, Wake Forest will provide 3,000 game day packages for WSFCS teachers, staff, and their families. Packages include a game ticket, a complimentary stadium meal, parking, and a celebratory t-shirt.

This initiative supports community-wide efforts to uplift Winston-Salem/Forsyth County teachers and staff who are working through ongoing financial challenges, and offers local educators the opportunity for fun and connection.

“Wake Forest strives to be a community of meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships,” said President Susan R. Wente. “With this special game-day initiative, we hope to extend a sense of partnership and care to our school district teachers and staff during this challenging time, and show them that their work and dedication to the children matter.. We see them and we celebrate them, on this game day and every day.”

Wake Forest University and Wake Forest Athletics, in partnership with WSFCS and the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Foundation, will also recognize select educators and school representatives on the field throughout the game.
