Wake Forest former staff member Myrtle Lytle has passed away

Former staff member, Myrtle Ledbetter Lytle passed away on Sunday, Feb. 9. Myrtle served for many years as a secretary for the University’s Baptist Book Collection, retiring in 1992. Myrtle was passionate about her work and dedicated to seeing the collection grow.

The Wake Forest community extends our condolences to Myrtle’s family and friends. 

A service for Myrtle will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22. An obituary can be found here.
