WFU’s Center for Global Programs & Studies will host its Workshop on Intercultural Skills Enhancement — known as the WISE Conference, on Feb. 20-22.

WISE is a pioneering conference where faculty leaders and administrators can continue to develop the skills needed to help students advance their intercultural awareness and competency.

Faculty and staff are invited to submit session proposals that bolster the conversation on intercultural learning surrounding study abroad, on-campus programming and the international student experience. Proposals are being accepted through Thursday, Oct. 3 and will be peer-reviewed by the WISE Conference Steering Committee.

The conference will be held on the Reynolda campus. Registration will open in late October and attendance is offered at no charge to Wake Forest faculty, staff and students.

More details and criteria for session proposals can be found on the WISE website.
