Renovation of the south chiller plant: Parking update

A message from WFU Facilities and Campus Services

Renovation of the south chiller plant is scheduled to begin on Thursday, Oct. 12. The project will bring much-needed improvements and upgrades to the HVAC cooling capacity and efficiency for all of Reynolda campus and will completed by April 1, 2025.

During this renovation work, half of Lot F will be used by the contractor for construction materials, equipment and crews. Lot F is located across the street from Angelou Residence Hall, next to the football practice field.
