Wake Forest is committed to meeting the highest ethical and legal standards and has an annual survey requirement for disclosing any actual or potential Conflicts of Interest, as defined in Appendix A of the University’s Conflicts of Interest Policy.

The University has a new software vendor for the Conflict of Interest process, so the survey will look different than it did in past years.

We sent an email to affected employees on July 5 to alert them that next week, they will receive an email at their WFU address that includes a link to the required COI disclosure for 2022

That email contains the subject line and sender name of the email employees will receive next week. Please make note of the subject line and sender, and know that this email is not spam and is not a phishing scheme. You should open the email and complete your COI disclosure when you receive it. If you have any questions, please send them to COI@wfu.edu.

Moving to a new software required the COI disclosure to take place later in the calendar year than is typical. For the calendar year 2023 and beyond, the COI cycle will move back to January, as in previous years. Your 2022 responses will be retained to make responding in January straightforward.
