As part of the University’s commitment to meeting the highest ethical standards, Wake Forest has a confidential and anonymous reporting process so that any known or suspected violations of laws, Wake Forest University policies, or Code of Conduct can be reported. This reporting process, via the Anonymous Reporting Hotline, can be used without fear of retaliation.

Beginning on April 27, there will be an updated website and new link for the Hotline: wfu.ethicspoint.com

While employees are encouraged to report concerns directly to their immediate supervisor, this may not always be an option. The Anonymous Reporting Hotline is available for this very reason. Please use 1-877-880-7888 or wfu.ethicspoint.com if you observe improper behavior by anyone in the workplace, regardless of the individual’s position of authority.

Both methods of reporting are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can be accessed from any location, and are available in numerous languages. To ensure caller confidentiality and anonymity, this service is administered by an independent company, EthicsPoint.

Important note: If your office has job aids, training materials, policy manuals, or printed signs that reference the prior “Compliance Hotline” number, please update those materials to reflect the “Anonymous Reporting Hotline,” wfu.ethicspoint.com, and 1-877-880-7888.
