The Wake Forest University Art Collections are now easier to access using a convenient online database. This valuable new resource allows faculty, staff and students to “Search by Term” for keywords or subjects such as feminism, religion or clothing

There are endless ways to incorporate art from the collections into the classroom. Recently, a class co-taught by dance and education had student-athletes search for images of birds and then interact with these artworks using physical movement, providing a holistic learning experience to increase information retention. The engineering department compiled a list of sculptures from the database for an exercise in structural engineering.
