A weather-related message for Reynolda Campus Jan. 30

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Winston-Salem and surrounding areas from 7 p.m. tonight to 4 p.m. Sunday. Mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations are possible. Plan on slippery road conditions.

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to stay alert to weather forecasts this weekend as well as on Monday, when there may be some additional light snow.

Conditions may vary by region. University employees scheduled to work on Saturday evening, Sunday and/or Monday, should use their best judgment when deciding whether to come to campus. If you are scheduled to work from campus and are concerned about traveling, contact your supervisor. Students living off-campus should contact their professors with any weather-related travel concerns.

The Reynolda Campus will continue operating under normal conditions; however, some services may adjust hours of operations based on weather conditions. Students should check individual campus service websites for any change in hours of operation this evening and tomorrow.
