A weather-related message for Reynolda Campus for Jan. 27

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Winston-Salem and surrounding areas from midnight tonight to 8 a.m. Thursday. Snow, which is likely to begin as rain, is expected with potential for up to 1.5″ of snow. Roads may be slippery and conditions may impact the Thursday morning commute. Black ice on Thursday evening is also possible due to freezing temperatures.

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to stay alert to weather forecasts.

Conditions may vary by region. University employees should use their best judgment when deciding whether to come to campus. If you are scheduled to work from campus and are concerned about traveling, contact your supervisor. Students living off-campus should contact their professors with any weather-related travel concerns.

The Reynolda Campus will continue operating under normal conditions; however, some services may adjust hours of operations based on weather conditions.
