Wake Forest University’s annual benefits enrollment will take place April 2 through April 20, 2012.  Please mark your calendars for these upcoming events:

ANNUAL BENEFITS FAIR | Tuesday, April 3

The Benefits Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Benson, Room 401. More than 40 benefit providers will be in attendance. A shuttle service will be provided from the University Corporate Center, Reynolda House, and Graylyn to Benson every half hour between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Please join us and partake in the following complimentary services during the fair:

  • Total cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure screenings
  • Healthy Exercise and Lifestyle Programs (HELPS)
  • Bone density and hearing screenings
  • Ask the Physician booth
  • Sleep study display and Women’s heart booth
  • Chair massages
  • Refreshments including gelato and popcorn
  • Raffle prizes

ANNUAL BENEFITS ENROLLMENT PERIOD | April 2 – April 20

Below is a step-by-step guide to a successful annual benefits enrollment.

  1. Annual enrollment packets will arrive by April 2 in campus mail
  2. Review your current benefit elections in WF@Work via WIN
  3. If you wish to make changes and/or re-enroll in a flexible spending account, complete the annual benefits enrollment form
  4. Submit the annual benefits enrollment form to Human Resources by April 20
  5. Review your enrollment changes beginning May 14 in WF@Work via WIN
  6. Send an email to AskHR@wfu.edu with any corrections by May 25

There are some changes to the medical, dental, legal, and health care flexible spending account this year, so please review these changes in your annual enrollment packet.  This information is also available on our Annual benefits enrollment website.

ANNUAL BENEFITS ENROLLMENT INFORMATION SESSIONS

We will host information sessions during the annual enrollment period.  These sessions are posted on the PDC website.  Registration is not required.

  • Monday, April 9 in Benson, Room 407, at noon
  • Wednesday, April 11 in PDC classroom at noon
  • Wednesday, April 18 in Benson, Room 407, at noon
  • A pre-recorded WebEx will be available on the Annual benefits enrollment website and the PDC website April 2 through April 20
