Office of Wellbeing offers massage therapy, nutrition counseling services

Did you know that massage therapy and nutrition counseling services are offered by the Office of Wellbeing?

Registered Dietitian Christie Hunter will be onsite to assist you with meeting your individual nutrition goals. She will assess your current intake to make practical goals that will help you become a healthier you. As part of our commitment to wellness, we encourage benefits-enrolled individuals to take advantage of these free, one-on-one consultations. Sessions take place in Reynolds Gym Wellbeing Suite and are open to benefits-enrolled faculty and staff. To get started, fill out an information form here.

Massage therapy is designed to enhance wellbeing through physical and mental relaxation and pain relief, improving the quality of life for those who receive services. Sessions are one hour in length and take place in the Reynolds Gym Wellbeing Suite. Massage therapy services through the Office of Wellbeing are open to faculty, staff, students and retired faculty and staff. You can find more information and see available appointments here.
