University leadership update

Brian White will step down from his role as General Counsel at Wake Forest. Dina Marty has agreed to serve as Interim General Counsel. 

White will become General Counsel at Cornell University beginning in mid-August. The role covers the breadth of Cornell’s operations across multiple campuses and academic medicine. 

White came to Wake Forest three years ago. His steady hand guided efforts to develop The Grounds, and his partnership with Cabinet colleagues helped Wake Forest navigate the changing athletics landscape, Wake Forest’s partnership with Advocate Health, and federal changes impacting higher education.
