Apply to serve as a LeaderShape Institute facilitator

Consider serving as a staff member for The LeaderShape Institute at Wake Forest happening May 12-16, 2026. 

The LeaderShape Institute is a four-day immersive experience. The purpose of the program is to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants and facilitators which is demonstrated on their campus, in their community, or within their organization. The Family Cluster is the formal support and reference group for the participants during the Institute, and the Cluster Facilitator serves as the group’s resource, catalyst, and coach.

All accommodations and meals are covered, and participants stay overnight May 12-16 at the retreat location. While it is an intensive experience, all participants will benefit as a person and leader.
