2025 electronic form W-2 now available

The 2025 electronic form W-2 is now available and can be securely accessed through Workday.

To access your 2025 Electronic W- 2:

1. Log into Workday,
2. Enter My Tax Documents
3. Within the Tax Year 2025 line, click View / Print (after a few moments, your form will appear and be available to print or download).

If you did not elect to receive your W-2 electronically, a paper form will be mailed to you by January 31.
