Please note the following adjustments to the payroll schedule due to the upcoming Winter Break Holiday Monday, Dec. 22, through Friday, Jan. 2. 

Important: Hours that have not been approved when processing begins will not be paid until the next pay cycle. To ensure that all non-exempt and student employees receive a timely and accurate paycheck on Friday, Dec. 19, all time sheets must be entered and approved prior to processing. 

Friday, Dec. 12Non-exempt staff and student employees must estimate their hours for Saturday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 19 by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12.
Monday, Dec. 15Managers must approve those hours by Noon on Monday, Dec. 15.
Monday Dec. 15Processing of the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly payroll begins at noon. 
Friday Dec. 19Paycheck for the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly pay period distributed.
