Adjusted payroll processing schedule for winter break holiday
Please note the following adjustments to the payroll schedule due to the upcoming winter break holiday Monday, Dec. 22, through Friday, Jan. 2.
Important: Hours that have not been approved when processing begins will not be paid until the next pay cycle. To ensure that all non-exempt and student employees receive a timely and accurate paycheck on Friday, Dec. 19, all time sheets must be entered and approved prior to processing.
| Friday, Dec. 12 | Non-exempt staff and student employees must estimate their hours for Saturday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 19 by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12. |
| Monday, Dec. 15 | Managers must approve those hours by Noon on Monday, Dec. 15. |
| Monday Dec. 15 | Processing of the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly payroll begins at noon. |
| Friday Dec. 19 | Paycheck for the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly pay period distributed. |
