Faculty and Staff Night at Allegacy Stadium, Aug. 29
Wake Forest faculty and staff are invited to attend Faculty and Staff Night at Allegacy Stadium on Friday, August 29, 2025 for the opening night football game against Kennesaw State. Enjoy a free pre-game tailgate and then cheer on the Demon Deacons, courtesy of Human Resources, the Office of the Provost, and the Department of Athletics.
Each employee may claim up to two free tickets; additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted price of $10. Faculty and staff must have a WFU email to request tickets. Claim your tickets by visiting this link.
Faculty and staff are also invited to attend the family-friendly tailgate, which begins at 5 p.m. Enjoy a fun-filled evening of games, giveaways, and food and beverages (including limited beer and wine) before the 7 p.m. kickoff.
Faculty and staff may use the on-campus student shuttle with pickup and drop-off locations in Parking Lot P (behind Wait Chapel) and on Shorefair Drive (behind the Indoor Tennis Center). A free campus-adjacent shuttle is also available at 2400 Reynolda. Its pickup and drop-off locations are in front of the main entrance of LJVM Coliseum for those who may not have on-campus parking passes. Paid stadium parking is available for $15 in the Allegacy and Pepsi parking lots at LJVM Coliseum, the Midway lot at the Carolina Classic Fairgrounds, and the Senior Services lot.
