Staff member Pat Johnston has passed away

The University is sad to share that Facilities and Campus Services staff member, Patrick “Pat” Johnston passed away on March 22. He was 56 years old. Mr. Johnston served Wake Forest as a construction team member for 10 years. He is survived by his wife Annalisa Johnston, daughter Tyler Copanic and grandchildren Chesa and L.J. Copanic.

Pat was an expert in window and exterior trim work and proficient in both wood and metal fabrications. He was the go-to person to help plan the details of very complex projects.
