Campus Recreation offers summer training for high school athletes
Each summer, Campus Recreation offers performance training for local high school athletes. Designed for athletes ages 14-18, this program provides expert guidance from certified personal trainers, focusing on speed, agility, strength, skill development, and resistance training.
Sessions take place on the Reynolda campus every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning throughout the summer. Participants can choose between one-month and two-month training options.
