Adjusted payroll processing schedule for Thanksgiving holiday
Human resources has shared adjustments to the payroll schedule due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29.
| Thursday, Nov. 21 | Non-exempt staff and student employees must estimate their hours for Thursday, Nov. 21, and Friday, Nov. 22 by Noon |
| Thursday, Nov. 21 | Managers must approve those hours by 3 p.m. |
| Friday, Nov. 22 | Processing of the 11/09/24 – 11/22/24 biweekly payroll begins at 8:30 a.m. |
| Wednesday, Nov. 27 | Paycheck for the 11/09/24 – 11/22/24 biweekly pay period distributed |
Important: Hours that have not been approved when processing begins will not be paid until the next pay cycle. To ensure that all non-exempt and student employees receive timely and accurate paychecks on Wednesday, Nov. 27, all time sheets must be entered and approved prior to processing.
