This new program, a collaboration between the Professional Development Center and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, builds upon the PDC’s successful Leadership Development Program and WFU’s strategic commitment to inclusive excellence.

The program is specifically tailored for senior staff and tenured faculty members currently in leadership roles or those preparing to assume such responsibilities. The cohort-based format will provide a supportive learning community for 20 participants from across the University.

Over a nine-month period, participants will engage in eight interactive half-day workshops covering critical aspects of inclusive leadership. These workshops will focus on promoting personal awareness, developing strategies for inclusive leadership, and fostering collaboration.

The Inclusive Leadership Development Program is a two-year program. For more information and to meet the 2024 program participants, visit the Inclusive Leadership Development Program website.
