Faculty and staff: Update vehicles registered with Transportation and Parking

A message from Wake Forest Transportation and Parking Services

Transportation and Parking Services is updating the Reynolda Campus parking permit database. Faculty and staff are asked to review the vehicle information associated with their parking permit and make any updates needed by Feb. 29.

Please take these steps to ensure that the vehicles associated with your permit are up-to-date.

Log on to the WFU Faculty/Staff Parking Portal to manage your account. Select the “Vehicles” tab to see the list of vehicles currently associated with your account. 

  • If you have a new vehicle with a new license plate, click the “Add Vehicle” tab and fill in the required information (vehicle year, model, color and plate number.)
  • If you have a new vehicle for an existing license plate, update by selecting the vehicle plate and then editing the information vehicle description.
  • If an existing vehicle on your account has a different license plate than what is displayed, contact Parking at parking@wfu.edu, to make the update/correction.
  • If you no longer own a vehicle listed, contact parking@wfu.edu to have the vehicle removed from your account.

Be sure to register or update any vehicle associated with your permit that may be parked on campus – either regularly or occasionally.
