Nutrition counseling available

healthy foodA message from the Office of Wellbeing

Are you interested in learning how to support your microbiome, eat more vegetables, or reduce your sugar intake? Maybe you’re struggling with healthy eating or need help managing diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol levels.

The Office of Wellbeing can help connect you to nutrition counseling services that are free for benefits-enrolled faculty and staff.

Registered dietitian, Joann Godwin, is available to help develop personal nutritional goals and assist you with meeting them through free, one-on-one consultations. Sessions are held virtually.

To find out more or schedule a session, visit the Office of Wellbeing’s Nutrition Counseling website and fill out the staff and faculty consultation form.
