Dean Andrew Klein and alumni sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court Bar
On Friday, Nov. 17, Wake Forest School of Law Dean Andrew Klein and 47 law school alumni were sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
In order to argue before the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), a person must first be a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
As a member of the SCOTUS Bar, Professor John Korzen (’81, JD ’91, P ’16) served as a movant during the ceremony by presenting the group to the Chief Justice for admission. All justices except Justice Alito were in attendance.
