WFU Emergency Response Training for faculty and staff

The University Police Department, in collaboration with Wake Forest’s professional development team, has created an on-demand “Wake Alert Emergency Response Training” course. The video is designed to prepare Wake Forest University employees and affiliates to respond as bystanders if an on-campus emergency should occur. 

The course is available in WorkDay Learning and provides information on…

• how emergency notifications are shared;
• how to prevent and respond to emergencies; and 
• what protective actions public safety responders may direct the community to take in an emergency.

A post-test is included and a passing score of 80% is required.

All members of the Wake Forest community should review this information annually.
