Wake Forest is committed to meeting the highest ethical standards. One way we do this is through your open and honest feedback. We are all familiar with the saying ‘If you see something, say something’, but in reality, this can be difficult to do. Sometimes we are not sure how to speak up or whether what we witnessed or heard about is a true issue.  For this reason, Wake Forest has a confidential and anonymous reporting process where any potential violations of laws, University policies, or our Code of Conduct can be reported.

While you are encouraged to discuss concerns directly with your supervisor or Chair, this may not always be an option. The Anonymous Reporting Hotline is available for this very reason. Please use 1-877-880-7888 or wfu.ethicspoint.com if you are aware of improper behavior by anyone at Wake Forest, regardless of the individual’s position or authority. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, reports are taken by an independent company, EthicsPoint, and passed to Audit & Compliance Services for investigation.

Reports made in good faith are protected from retaliation. If you have any questions about the process after a report is made, or would prefer to discuss an issue directly with Audit & Compliance Services, please email compliance@wfu.edu.
